Shipment Processing Time
All orders are subject to review and processed within 3-5 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday, and Saturday’s depending on your local shipping routines. We do not guarantee weekend deliveries.

*Orders placed on votrecollections.com may only be delivered within the Continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. possessions and territories situated outside of North America. Online orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, UPS pick-up locations, hotels or Vacation Rentals.

Tracking numbers will be issued once the shipping label is created.
For security reasons, we do not allow the rerouting of the packages (even to an FEDEX hold for pickup locations). For orders requiring signature on delivery (all orders except Fragrances) FEDEX will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. After the 3rd unsuccessful attempt, the package will be returned to Votre Collections and once received, your purchase will be refunded back to its original method of payment (except for personalized and or engraved pieces).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rough and Rare Sones is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rough and Rare Stones is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns Policy
Due to the unique nature of our one of a kind pieces, we do not accept returns.
International Shipping Policy
Please inquire for international shipping and delivery options, as due to the current situation and health concerns, not all territories can receive shipping.
